Is there a natural solution to stop period pains?

The first day i start my period i have really bad period pain, vomiting, diarea and sometimes i fell really faint. It only happens the first day then its fine i asked most of my friends and they say that this doesn鈥檛 happen to them, is it just me? It鈥檚 really annoying because i have to miss a day off school and then try and catch up on what i missed. i have looked into the contraceptives but i don鈥檛 want to take them. Is their any natural solution, e.g. cold liver oil, evening prime rose oil to stop this from happening?
Answer:
Pain this severe even for just one day needs to be evaluated by a dr to see what could be going on.

As for alternative treatments I've heard about using evening primrose oil but I would recommend talking to your dr first to see what they suggest.

The reason that contraceptives are sometimes recommended is because sometimes hormone imbalances are reason for the painful periods and sometimes the pill can straighten it out.
shove a bottle rocket in your vagina, light it, and you'll be
good to go.
Wild Yam Root helped me with pain an irregular periods. I get Solaray brand from health food store.
I can understand your plight very well as my niece was also suffering like you.
She was given Mag phos 6x every 15 minutes as soon as the pain started and within an hour she would become normal and the rest of the days it would be peaceful. Try this.
It sounds like you have severe PMS. You really need to see a doctor about this because although some pain and things are normal the other extreme things going on with your body are not normal. Your doctor could then treat you (hopefully).

To stop the cramps, a lot of women swear by using a heat pad or hot water bottle on your stomach. You could try it to see if it works for you - but I know it doesn't work for me. It is not a good ideal to use any natural remedies until you know the exact reason it is happening or without talking to a qualified natural health practitioner first. You can do more harm than good - it is the same with any standard medicine given by a medical doctor.

Good luck and get to the doctor, girl!
workout!
To stop period pain then use a hot water bottle, a pain killer or a bubble bath but if your symptoms continue i think it's important to see your doctor just to make sure everything's ok.
i was told when i used to get them bad is to do some light exercise that works to I've been doing it now for 7years give it try and see for your self.
No, it isn't just you, but your symptoms seem quite sevre! Missing school isn't such a big deal as it seems, just catch up work from your friends, this is part of a womans life which every female has been through. Every woman have different pains and period related illnesses, and yours just seems to be a bit more unusual than others, but asi said bfore, your not the only one!

The only solution is to go to your doctor and see what they can avise you and perscribe you. They may need to do blood tests and things like that as, feeling faint, needing the toilet more often and vomiting is quite common around low or high blood pressure!

Whatever this is, don't feel sad or insecure about this, most women come around things like this of their period too.

Just go and see your doctor, and with the things i have said before, i'm not trying to scare you, its fact.

You are fine, just need some help, tips and advise on how to prevent this!

Good Luck xx :)
