Is there anyway to remove strech marks...?

I am fixing to have a baby... and I can already see visible lines...
Answer:
I have stretch marks myself. They are actually scars from the 2nd layer of skin tearing and showing up through the first layer. I find that rubbing a Vitamin A, C or E enriched moisturiser or oil (such as Bio-Oil) into the skin where the stretch marks are morning and night helps alot. Don't be shy with the moisuriser, use a lot. It fades them and makes them less visible. These lotions work very gradually and must be regularly used, so if use is discontinued the results will be lost. If you want try with diet you should eat foods rich in zinc like nuts and fish, foods with a high content of vitamin A, C, and vitamin D. Those foods are citrus fruits, dairy products and carrots, and protein rich food like eggs. It can improve the quality of your skin and prevent stretch marks. It would be recommended to drink plenty of water, at least 8-10 glasses per day. Adequate water intake will make your skin soft and supple thus preventing it from tearing, while in the same time you should reduce intake of tea, coffee and carbonated drinks.
try cocoa butter lotion
I have heard coco butter lotion works
i think there are creams out there.
One way to prevent stretch marks, associated with obesity, from spreading is to avoid excessive weight gain in a short time span. Try to control your weight through a healthy diet and drink plenty of water. Some dieticians believe that a nutritional deficiency can contribute to the formation of stretch marks. It is thought that vitamin E can help get rid of stretch marks, so consult your doctor, naturopath or dietician for a daily Vitamin E supplement. Boosting your intake of vitamins and minerals that help to maintain healthy skin, such as vitamin C, zinc and silica, can also help.

Applying a specialized moisturizer on a daily basis to the affected areas can help to keep the skin supple. However, stretch marks form in the dermis (middle layer of the skin) so moisturizer won鈥檛 actually penetrate into the affected area. Vitamin E oil can be affective in assisting with general healing and the condition of the skin and some believe it can help reduce the appearance of stretch marks.

Cocoa butter is another moisturizer that is often recommended for stretch marks. Its effectiveness at helping to reduce stretch marks has never been measured, and some women find they鈥檙e allergic to it. If you don鈥檛 experience any side affects then there is no harm in using it, as it will help to keep the skin supple.

Massaging your skin with a glove or massage brush can help to increase circulation and it is thought to help keep stretch marks at bay. Try using coconut and almond oil or add a couple of vitamin E capsules to your body massage oil.

To help prevent stretch marks from forming around the breast area during pregnancy, always wear a supportive maternity bra

There has also been very little scientific research conducted on the effectiveness of the following home remedies, but many women believe they have had significant success in either preventing or helping to treat stretch marks.

It may seem like stating the obvious but a healthy diet rich in vitamins and minerals, especially those that help maintain healthy skin (Vitamin C, Vitamin E, zinc and silica), can be very beneficial at keeping stretch marks at bay. If you鈥檙e not getting enough of these important vitamins and minerals in your diet you might want to consult your health practitioner about a suitable supplement. Regular exercise helps to tone your muscles and keep your skin firm. Avoiding excessive weight gain in a short space of time can also reduce your chances of getting stretch marks.

Many women swear by daily massage as an excellent home remedy for either preventing or treating stretch marks. Make massage a part of your daily routine after you get out of the shower or before you go to bed. You could try using any of the following oils: Olive oil, flaxseed oil, cod-liver oil or vitamin E oil.

Stretch Mark Massage Oil Recipe:

陆 cup olive oil
录 cup aloe vera gel
4 capsules of Vitamin E (use just the liquid)
2 capsules of Vitamin A (use just the liquid)

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and then store in a jar or airtight container in the fridge.

Cocoa butter is a very popular cream used to help treat stretch marks, it probably isn鈥檛 that effective at penetrating into the dermis, the middle layer of the skin, but like many other moisturizing creams it can be good for keeping the skin soft and subtle. However, some women do find they鈥檙e allergic to cocoa butter.

Stretch Mark Cream:

陆 cup cocoa butter
1 Tablespoon wheat germ oil
1 teaspoon apricot kernel oil
1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil
2 teaspoons grated beeswax

Heat the mixture until the cocoa butter and beeswax melt and stir well. When cool store in a jar or airtight container.
to prevent them from staying try applying french oil or olive oil on the stretch marks and give light massage. then leave it for 30min and then take a shower do this till 2 months after ur delivery u wont have any marks.
