Is there anyway to loose a little weight healthily?

please help, i need(want to loose) a bit of weight. no i am not fat i just feel the need to. I am in shape and dont mind working out. Come on ppl 10 points!!

The best way to lose weight would just be plain exercise. If you can fit that in with you life style you should lose weight. And drink alot of water it fluses out all of the crap in you body.

just do 30 minutes a day of cardiovascular activity (jog) and drink alot of water.

-lower the carbs per day
-increase fibre [bran cereal every meal
My advice is to lose it slowly...otherwise you metabolism will get all messed up and you will end up heavier in the long run. To lose about a pound a week you should eat around a1200 calories a day if you are inactive and about 1600-1800 if you are active. If you don't eat enough your body will go into starvation mode and will store more calories as fat. Make sure most of your calories comes from vitamin rich fruits, veggies, and whole grains.Stay away from highly processed foods and consume plenty of protein. Try to exercise about an hour a day at least five days a week.
I've recently lost 7 kg's and my husband 19kg's because we are trying have a baby. We changed the way we eat: Cut out alcohol, sweetners instead of sugar, no takeaways, no oil - rather grill/bake food, and no sweets. Drink plenty of water and u're allowed to drink tab/coke light. Other fizzy drinks and fruit juices contain tons of sugar. Stack your fridge with lots of fruit and veggies and u will start loosing weight the healthy way.
