Is this meal ok?

I'm going to eat a bagel (it's whole wheat) with some butter . Then later some fruits or w/e . Um .. is that ok? ( i mainly mean the bagel )

You're carb-heavy. Perhaps you need to incorporate some protein into the meal plan.

A salad would be healthier but a bagel is better than a burger i guess.

The whole wheat bagel is a good start, but without the butter. Maybe you can add some peanut butter or apple butter instead. Also fruit is great!!
